Project
A workspace for one production or script set.
Script
The uploaded document you analyze and edit.
Cue
One subtitle step in the running order.
Deployment
A live show setup that publishes viewer and operator links.
Live terms
ASM Console
The operator page used during the show.
Viewer
The audience-facing page opened from the viewer link or QR code.
Projection Mode
The room-visible projection workflow used with the ASM Console. It is separate from the audience phone viewer.
Account terms
Owner
The role that controls billing and workspace settings.
Manager
A team role that can manage projects and live work, but not billing.
Plan credits
Credits included with the plan that refresh weekly.
Top-up credits
Credits bought separately from the plan.

What's the difference between a Project and a Script?+
A Project is the container for your show work, while a Script is the individual text asset inside that project.
What's the difference between the Viewer and the operator cockpit?+
The Viewer is the audience-facing page, while the operator cockpit is the control panel used to advance cues during the show.
